The Southeast Land Title Association [SLTA] in partnership with The Koogler Group, is excited to announce that we will offer the Alabama 20-Hour Title Agent Prelicensing Course as an online Virtual Classroom Program the week of August 24, 2020. The VC Program is a live-streamed, instructor-led audio-lecture broadcast. It is NOT an on-demand self-study course. The 20-Hour Course is taught by Karen Koogler, author of the Alabama Study Manual for Title Insurance.
