The Southeast Land Title Association [SLTA] in partnership with The Koogler Group will continue to offer the Alabama 20-Hour Title Agent Prelicensing Course as a VIRTUAL Live-Stream Broadcast Audio-Lecture Program throughout 2023. The response we receive from Virtual Students is overwhelmingly positive – not just from a health safety factor but, also, from the convenience of being able to complete the Course over four consecutive morning Sessions, while still having direct email support from the Course Instructor.
